Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hopkins Beach Retreat by Charlotte Partners, LLC. we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate these changes as best we can. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to our guests while protecting our interests. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our cancellation policy for our cabin rentals located in Hopkins Beach, Belize.


Full Refund Scenarios

  1. Within 24 hours of booking: Should you need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the booking, and the check-in date is at least 14 days away, we offer a full refund of the amount paid. This is to allow our guests flexibility in case of any immediate changes in their plans.
  2. At least 30 days before check-in: If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before your check-in date, we offer a 100% refund.

 

Partial Refund Scenario

  1. At least 14 days before check-in: If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before your check-in date, we offer a 50% refund excluding the service fee. We encourage our guests to confirm their plans as early as possible to avoid unnecessary deductions.


No Refund Scenario

  1. Within 14 days of check-in: If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the check-in date, we are unable to offer any refund. This is due to the limited time available to rent the cabin to other guests.


Please note that the service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.


To cancel your booking, please send us an email at tracycaptain1@yahoo.com or call our us at 1-218-310-2200. We will process the cancellation and the refund (if applicable) within 7-10 business days.


Our aim is to make the cancellation process as smooth and straightforward as possible. However, we strongly recommend that all our guests review their travel insurance policies for any unforeseen changes or cancellations.
